Hey guys!
Thanks for standing up with us! Here’s what you need to know for the wedding day. — Meg & Bryce

- Day-of wedding coordinator: Jaclyn Mullins, 817-368-7860, Jaclyn@four-something.com
- 📱 Please save Jaclyn’s contact info in your phone — Meg & Bryce won’t be using their phones at all on the wedding day.
Arrival time: TBD — Meg to discuss with Bryce (as of 7:00 PM on 10/26).
When you arrive, head to the groom’s suite, which is on the left side of the reception hall when you’re facing it from the parking lot.
Heads up: the ushers, the officiant and our MC (Jake, Meg’s brother-in-law) will also be in the groom’s suite. The ushers arrive at 4:00 PM.

🚿 FYI: there’s a small shower inside the groomsmen suite if you need it.
food
- Meg is bringing donuts in the morning! 🍩
- We can put together a Jimmy John’s DoorDash order around 10 AM for lunch around 12 PM if you’re coming early-ish.
- Bring light snacks to the venue in case donuts and Jimmy John’s don’t float your dietary boat.
later that evening
- At 6:15 PM, please help get guests inside the reception hall so everyone (other than the bridesmaids and groomsmen) is seated by 6:25 PM at the latest.
- You’ll be introduced into the reception hall at 6:25 PM sharp by Travis.
- We’ll escort guests outside at 10:50 PM for fireworks at 11:00 PM sharp.
- The reception hall needs to be cleared of guests by 11:00 PM sharp, per the venue contract and to give the catering staff time to clean up.
- After fireworks, help get everyone to the front of the venue for our sparkler send-off at 11:15 PM sharp. You’ll have the torches and are responsible for helping guests light their sparklers. Each groomsman will pair up with their bridesmaid from the processional to light a group of about 30 sparklers each at the same time (they only last about 2 minutes).
sparkler Jedi
Cameron Scoggin is our tentative groomsmen’s Sparkler Jedi (Cameron: are you ok with this?) and will coordinate with Daniela (the bridesmaids’ Sparkler Jedi) so the sparklers get handed out on time and lit around the same time.
